This is a quite interesting "role", as a Lone Comms Agent, your job is to assist Syndicate Field Agents and gather information on the crew. When you will really only be spamming internet copypastas in the chat.

Setting up the Relay Network

This, at first glance, may sound complicated, but it really isn't. There should be a relay room in the facility, now that you've located the room, turn on the machines aaand that's it. Now you're ready to spread unrest.

Fun fact, Space Station 13 is kind of a 3d game, kind of. The structures in space like yours are not actually located in another region of the map, but another Z level. The edges of space are actually some "holes" that change your Z level.

Now, what does this mean? that your base is not as safe as you thought, and one space explorer may actually find it's way because he was tired of you spamming pornography in the radio is concerned about The Syndicate being able to gather information from the crew.

What to do if someone finds you? that is what we will be viewing in the next paragraph.

What if Someone finds your safe haven?

This is highly unlikely, but it may happen, as you're from the syndicate, such person will be trying to kill you and loot you, so you must fight.

Fighting between the tight spaces of your post is risky, why? because it's easy for anyone to disarm you. How to avoid this? disarm the person first. By right clicking the intruder with no item equipped, you will push him, making him move one tile back, if you are pushing him against the wall, he will fall down, use this to your advantage, disarm him and then quickly kill him with your Makarov Pistol.

Conclusion

Lone Syndicate Comms Agent is a very easy role that requires very little skill to play, thus being a pretty boring ghost role, for most.

If you get too bored and decide to spam the radio with Woody's Got Wood, it's one of the roles that can give you one of the quickest temp bans, and you're not even on the station like some people that want really hard to be an antag.
