You have developed a brain trauma, and with it you're <s>a creep</s> the obsessed!
Apparently spinning around on a heaving death hulk in the middle of space doesn't do wonders for one's sanity. Bummer. When one snaps, they usually turn to the Syndicate for an escape from the madness. But, one's motivations rarely follow reason...

Preface
<s>There exists an event to manifest an Obsessed brain trauma.</s> Nope, the Obsessed brain trauma can only manifest through the Dynamic ruleset, costing 10 threat to purchase, given that there is enough station security onboard. There is a low chance that a random event will take place which will make someone an Obsessed. There is no announcement, and the Obsessed has no tells right away, so you're safe.

Tips for embracing 4chan culture
At first, it seems that these objectives give you away easily, and the mood penalties are hard to work with! ...And that's true! But with these tips, you can make it a little easier for yourself.

Have a reason
Especially when you start doing your objectives, your obsession might starting getting suspicious. A good way to stay off someone's radar is to have a reason to be near them. Changing your job to theirs, asking them for help with something (remember, don't be on full sanity when you do this or you'll spaghetti out!)

Job related excuses
Would it be weird for you to hug someone 5 times in engineering as your starting job? Yes! Would it be weird if you did that but as a greyshit assistant? Less so. You can use your job to excuse a lot of weird things.

Do your objectives in order of how suspicious they are
Upon rolling obsessed, you gain a total of three miscellaneous objectives that you have to complete.
Some of the objectives are a lot more suspicious than others, like taking photos. Doing these first makes the next objectives more difficult, like if the obsession is suspicious they might warn their co-workers.
Finish murdering co-workers first, because the obsession does not see this.
Then, maybe some low suspicion objectives like hugging, or just spending time around the target.
You should take a photo right as you are going to murder them as it is a dead giveaway.
Finally, some objectives like stealing the heirloom can be done after they are dead, but this is either the easiest or the hardest objective depending on what their heirloom is, and if they lost it. Maybe do this early if you think they are going to misplace their heirloom or are getting suspicious.

Tank your mood first
* Spend Time: Pretty self-explanatory, spend five minutes during which your target can "see" you. Emphasize the "see", you can run around in a potted plant and it still counts for the timer. If you're unsure whether you're close enough (or within line of sight), check your moodlet modifiers.
Since having high mood and talking almost always outs you, and you can control how long you spend away from your obsession, you can effectively tank your own mood before spending time around them to be able to talk to them for a bit, which is great for getting the heat off your back.
* Take a Picture: Be in possession of a photo containing your alive target in frame.
* Hug: Hug your target four to six times while they're still alive.
* Heirloom: Steal your target's heirloom. This objective can only be chosen if your target has the Family Heirloom quirk.
* Jealous Murder: Kill one of your target's coworkers (someone in the same department as your obsession). Note, an Assistant is counted within the Service department. This objective can only be rolled if there is someone in the same department as your target asides from you.

The AI can be your creepy partner in crime
Once all three of your secondary objectives are completed, you can then proceed to your primary objective:
Taking a photo of yourself and the obsession is one of the most difficult objectives to do, but it can be easy if the AI takes the photo for you! Borgs can just pop on by, and take a photo of you and your obsession, for you to collect whenever you want.

Creepy Counterplay!
* Murder: Kill your obsession.

Cure the trauma
Once that's done with, you revert back to being a normal, non-antagonist crew member.
You don't have to kill them, you can just cure their psychosis with surgery. They won't go easy though, so make sure you have them restrained and with security nearby.

Hide
Tips
If the Obsessed can't find you, their mood will tank after a few minutes. If you know there is someone following you, you can have security looking for someone extremely sad in the hallways
* The most important thing to keep track of is your mood. When away from your obsession, your mood tanks heavily, and if you're depressed for long enough, your sanity decreases (despite the fact that you really don't have one in the first place, do you?). On the other hand, when next to your obsession, your mood goes up rapidly, and if it's high enough, you start speaking giddily (which is a dead giveaway that you're Obsessed). Whilst sanity is dependent on mood, mood is not dependent on sanity, and therefore it is possible to speak giddily whilst still having your sanity slow your movement speed down to a crawl.
* Asides from that, your job is really keeping Security off your back for as long as possible. If you're a part of Security in the first place, or a head of staff, your job is made quite easy. Same for if you share the same department with your obsession. However, if you're an Assistant, and your obsession happens to be the Warden, well, tough luck, it's hard to craft enough excuses such that you can fulfill your objectives without getting locked up.
* You should do your objectives in order of how suspicious they are. For example, if you have the objectives of spending time around your obsession and stealing their heirloom, doing one of them has your target raising an eyebrow in suspicion, and the other has them yelling for Security.
* Taking a picture of your Obsession can be done covertly (if you're a human) by Law 2-ing the Station AI or a Cyborg, assuming that your target is a non-human. The Cyborg camera spits it right out, which it then has to drag to you, which is mighty suspicious. Therefore, it's probably best to ask the AI to take the photo, which it can then PDA to you, and then have you print out.
